These five panels were made for a public building in the Burngreave area of Sheffield, a diverse community where many languages are spoken. I worked with primary school children to write haikus in english and other languages. using their handwritten poems, and banners that we used to sandcast the large panels, I directly printed their ideas onto the glass, using lettering and handwriting to create the imagery.
